Bidders Acknowledgement & Terms of the Auction Sale

(01) All purchases must be paid in full by the end of the auction. All sales are final. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS
(02) All items become the sole responsibility of the buyer (bidder) when the auctioneer announces "Sold". MidAmerica Auctions is
        not responsible for damage or theft to sold items once the successful bidder has been announced.
(03) A 6% buyers fee (minimum $125) will be charged for each vehicle purchased.
(04) A $500 bidder deposit is required at time of registration prior to issuance of bidder number.
(05) All bidder deposits are refundable 30 minutes after turning in your bidder number if no purchases are made.
(06) All buyer payments must be made with good funds which are defined as cash, bank wire transfers, cashiers checks, travelers
        checks, personal or company checks backed up by a current dated bank letter of guarantee. Mastercard, Visa, American
        Express, and Discover are accepted as forms of payment with a 3% handling charge. Bank title drafts are not acceptable.
        Arrangements can be made to leave a 10% non-refundable cash deposit (minimum $1000) for each vehicle purchased with
        the balance due in full before buyer takes possession. If a later pay & pickup is necessary there will be an additional minimum
        $50 charge for each vehicle purchased to cover additional transportation and storage/rental fees.
(07) If any check given in payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like)
        I agree whether said check be signed by me as marker or endorser, that is such check is placed in the hands of any attorney
        for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney's fees incurred, together with all cost of suit in the event suit is instituted.
(08) Should I default upon my purchase in any manner whatsoever, all bidder deposits left with the Auction Company
        will be forfeited
and I agree to pay the Auction Company the full sum equal to the purchase price, buyers fee and any
        additional costs involved in the transportation, storage and resale of items not paid for. The sum due and payable without relief.
(09) If the vehicle is sold on a "Bill of Sale Only" buyer accepts all responsibility and cost in obtaining a title and/or registration
        in their particular state or country.
(10) Licensed motor vehicle dealers must supply state dealers license number.
(11) The buyer agrees to pay all required taxes in their state of residence.
(12) I have read and agree to the terms of sale on this form, posted on the sale premises and on sale brochures.
