If a later pay & pickup is necessary there will be an additional minimum $50 charge for each vehicle purchased to cover additional transportation and storage/rental fees. If any check given in payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like) I agree whether said check be signed by me as marker or endorser, that is such check is placed in the hands of any attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney's fees incurred, together with all cost of suit in the event suit is instituted.
